We actually enjoy thinking along with our customers. Designing, developing and implementing strong concepts that are both technically and financially sound is our strength. We have learned that every project requires a unique approach. The difference in scope, scale and complexity of a project may ask for a different approach in terms of planning and project management. But despite these differences, every project has a similar goal: getting the job done, on time and on budget!

Custom Services

For lots of projects, flexibility is the key. Where possible, we provide you with the necessary project-specific configurations. Our extensible architecture also allows for custom server-side development to add certain features or create a brand new service. For customers who want their own private environment, we can deploy our services on one or multiple reserved (virtual) server nodes.

Some of the custom services we provide on a regular basis:

• Configuring and tuning advanced wowza applications.
• Creating and fine-tuning custom encoding formats, import or export Plugins or other extensions to our encoding platform.
• Generating project-specific statistics.
• Setting up and tuning customized live-stream configurations.
• Fulfilling additional security requirements, providing third parties with secure access to certain media.
• Development of custom video players, integration of our services into a custom environment.
• Building and/or integrating backup and archival solutions (e.g. low-cost Storage Area Network).
• Consultancy and best-practice recommendations concerning multimedia delivery and integration.

Integration and Automation

Together with our partners, we have the know-how and experience to provide you with an automated multi-media solution. Our API's allow us to easily integrate our services into your existing infrastructure. We can assist in the implementation of your specific workflow, set up a Content Management System (based on the Drupal CMS) accustomed to your needs, or do other types of multi-media related development like creating a custom-made Flash player.

For certain workflows, we already have a solution in store:

• Clevercast : provides a flexible solution for autonomous webcasting.
• Viewmaster : a workflow management and portfolio presentation tool for production companies and broadcasters

Both of these platforms can be deployed online or as part of a private infrastructure.
